I'd forgotten about this! So we followed up Shovel Knight with its DLC adventure, Plague of Shadows. The stages are the same, but it plays very differently! I'm no good, but Steve's got a good handle on it, so we're not stuck.

Thursday Throne - Shovel Knight - Session ???

I don't know how to number this post. We've spent two half-weeks on this game due to technical difficulties with Assassin's Creed. Maybe a little time will be enough to allow those driver issues to get smoothed over....

But until then, Shovel Knight gets the spotlight! This retro-styled platformer plays like DuckTales with a dash of Mega Man, and Super Mario Bros. 3's overworld thrown in for good measure. In the past couple weeks, we've managed to play as far as the Lost City, and tonight, we'll proceed from there.
