Saralene released this translation this week! I helped beta test it! Running a little late with this post, so that's all the intro you get. I needed a one-off before spooky season starts, and this fits the bill nicely, I think.

Treasure of the Rudras continues tonight at 9pm ET!
The game seemed to shift gears last session. Narrative consistency went out the window, but this feels less like connective tissue and more like the actual parts of the game the devs wanted to make. I don't mean it's gotten very good—probably both the best and worst gameplay segments so far were last week—but it feels like we've hit where all the care and attention went.
Conker's Bad Fur Day continues tonight at 9pm ET!
Daniel's not out of town this weekend, so it's time to continue! Last time, we spent a lot of time poking around at dungeons that apparently aren't even part of this story path. But we learned new words, so it was worth it!

Squirrel debauchery and 3D platforming, what more could you want from a game?

This late-era Super Famicom RPG is best-known for its "mantra" magic system—spells are devised and created by the player via text input. It has a robust system for parsing these spells, and learning its convolutions through observation is a key component to advancement.

Hmm, so it looks like things didn't go as well after the last game as it looked like they might. But our main character is having strange visions, and her journalist best friend is embroiled in some kind of mystery. Intrigue abounds!
