Last week, I made an unfortunate discovery: my
Final Fantasy II save had vanished. Heck, my entire emulator had vanished, and probably the save file with it. I wasn't sure I felt like restarting the game just to spend a lot more time grinding on the air, so I picked a different game. We began playing
Tales of Phantasia, a wonderful late-period SNES RPG that didn't see the light of day in North America until the GBA remake. I'll write a proper introduction for the game the next time we feature it.
Halloween may be more than a week past, but we haven't made our last visit to the cemetery...
