I fixed it!
I noticed last week that the slight jank I was feeling in how the game was playing was greatly magnified in the stream; that must have been nearly unwatchable. So over the last week, I tried to find a way to fix it...and before I even changed anything, it started performing even worse. I fiddled around with settings for a while, nothing that made sense worked, but eventually, I tweaked something random, and it ran perfectly. I have no idea why, but I'm glad that it does!
