Holding Court - Darksiders II - Session 3.2

Sorry for missing yesterday; baaaad insomnia the night before, keeping me up well into the morning, so when I did finally fall asleep, I slept long and hard. But I'm up at a much more reasonable time today, so on with the game! I did a lot of derping around for collectibles last stream, so I still have some catching up left to do.

Okay, so it looks like the stuff I read was incorrect. I was not able to carry over the save. Thankfully, I hadn't gotten very far in the game yet, so there's not a lot of ground to retread; I'm already doing a lot better at it, too! Noticing spots that use abilities I didn't know I had when I came across them before, stuff like that. But I haven't quite caught up to where I was before.

So, I realized this weekend that I apparently do have the "Deathinitive Edition" of this game, just on Twitch instead of Steam. I read that saves are compatible, so there shouldn't be any problem if I just launch this version instead—I should be able to resume from where I left off. But I haven't tested it yet, so we shall see.

Things are going pretty smoothly in Blighton, frequent epidemics notwithstanding. If I could figure out a better way to arrange things, reduce congestion, streamline the whole process, I'm sure I could get my cure rate much higher. But for now, it's enough.

There's a couple of tiny, interface-related things I'm less big on, but that could be due to having played the remastered version of the first game, and those issues could well be fixed in the remastered version of this one. But that's not the version I have. :V
