Long ago, there was a time when strength ruled and evil held the world in its vile clutches...the age of Zeteginia...

The Lodis Empire is waging a holy war against its neighbors, purging "heretics" to the imperial cult. After defeating several other kingdoms, they now have their sights set on Palatinus, and this is where our tale truly begins.

I remember picking this game up used in high school. While I put a lot of hours into it back then, and really enjoyed it, I don't think I actually put that big a dent into the story. Hopefully, I can finally change that.

Leave Time for Sleep

Beat the game in just a little over 24 hours. I could've done it in closer to 21, but I was having some wild luck in the Mana Fortress. Something cool would drop, and I'd think, "Oh, I should go back and save." I wound up with all the best armor except for the boy's helmet, and the ultimate javelin and boomerang. I also got all my magic past level 8, which I didn't expect within this timeframe, was getting "nines" with almost every cast.

Now I'm tired. Happy new year, everybody.
