Thursday Throne - Assassin's Creed II - Session 13

Hey, some news first — as the baby rapidly approaches, Brendan and Mabry will be bowing out for a while. This might mean we'll be discontinuing Early Throne Special for a while, but we'll see! I'd like to keep each of my timeslots a little more independent than they have been; eliminating ETS will accomplish that, but so will just taking a little more care in game scheduling. But if you don't see posts going up on Saturday around lunchtime, that's probably what's happened.

That flying minigame was...weird. Like, it was really cool to pilot a da Vinci flying machine, it just felt totally incongruous with the rest of the game. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, breaks things up a bit. But I guess Ezio wasn't good enough at flying, because we were too late to save the doge. However, we were real quick to take out his assassin.
