Well, this game is very different from what I expected. It's neat, though! We've just teamed up with some non-hostile gears, and now their home is under attack by the bad guys, so it's ass-kick o'clock again.

Thursday Throne - Guilty Gear 2 OVERTURE

It looks to be a Musou-style game set in the Guilty Gear universe, and a lot heavier on the story than the main fighting-game series. The lore of the setting is really neat, and I'm excited to get something a little more comprehensible as a story there. Not exactly sure where it takes place in the timeline—late-ish, I think—but Sol Badguy is, as ever, the protagonist.
