Filler is Popular - Who Knew?

As it turns out, due to co-hosts having difficulty being here, we need another week of filler before we get back to our regular schedule. Since last week's visit to Vana'diel was so popular — we had better viewership than on any other episode to date! — we've decided to take this opportunity to play Final Fantasy XI again this week. Daniel and I are in, as every week, and Swavely and the Limey are back to join in the continuing adventure.

If you saw last week's episode, you'll recall we had to cut off in the middle of a rather long cutscene. I'll try to be prepared to replay that scene at the beginning of tonight's session, so y'all won't miss a thing!

Not So One-Off

So, the last time we had a one-off, we played some story missions in Final Fantasy XI. Now that I have need of a filler week again, we'll be returning to the land of Vana'diel with Daniel, Swavely, and this time, we'll be joined by the Limey, too. We'll be continuing in the "Chains of Promathia" storyline from where we left off last time, so if you caught that episode, you won't have missed a thing — except for everything that came before it.

Chulip - Session 4

Since Brendan and Mabry couldn't make it this week, we're back to Chulip again! Sadly, we're also down a Melissa.

Last week, we kissed the monk, and then got him possessed by the spirit of the temple bell — oh no! Somehow, we must break this curse. More weirdness incoming on tonight's Throne of Games!

Chulip - Session 3

It's Saturday again, and we played Alan Wake last week, so that means it's time for more Chulip! Tune in at 7pm ET on the Radio PSI Twitch TV channel to catch all the strangeness live.

When last we left our protagonist, he'd made his way to Long Life Temple, where he witnessed his promised Love Letter Set being split into its three component parts by a gang of retired teachers. Can he recover the love letter set? Can he kiss everybody while he's at it? Watch tonight to find out!

Alan Wake - Session 6

If you were around for the last session of this game, you'll recall a very strange ending, followed by the credits roll. Tonight, we dive into the DLC epilogue, and hopefully answer some of the nagging questions left by the game's ending.

Chulip - Session 2

We have cohosts again! John and Melissa are here this week, so we'll be continuing Chulip. When last we left our protagonist, he'd made a lot of headway smooching the locals, but he stands accused of placing a boulder on the railroad tracks, blocking traffic into and out of the city. Meanwhile, trouble is brewing among the denizens of the underground...

One-Off Week?

Hey, everybody! Sorry about missing two weeks in a row. I think I need to start making post-show blog posts, regardless of whether I've got an upload to go with it or not, because there's a lot of stuff slipping through the cracks. The 29th, the entire ToG crew were occupied elsewhere, and on the fifth, John, Melissa and I were terribly sick. I hate missing two weeks in a row, but sometimes, it can't be helped.

And as soon as I write up this post, the original plan gets canned. Without any ready-to-go one-off plan, I'm gonna have to pull something out of my ass. Could be fun, could be disastrous, who knows?
